Comfortable Heat Relief That Lasts
These heat patches provide soothing warmth that helps relieve menstrual cramps for hours. They're comfortable to wear under clothing and stay in place throughout the day, making them a convenient option when you're on the go.

Woman's Best Friend
I have been using these Midol patches for over a year and cannot imagine going without them now. These discreet patches go right on the outside of your underwear and heat up fairly quickly, giving you all the benefit of a heat pad without the bulk. Best of all, they can't even be seen through leggings, giving you a bit of comfort during your workout or at work. I also love that the packages are small enough to fit in any size purse and last for eight hours, giving you the comfort you need when you need it. From my own experience, they last about six to seven hours of the eight-hour period. While they work longer, they start losing their effectiveness after this. The size is also perfect for going on my period underwear or normal panties. The heat is also the right amount of warmth, not burning but relieving pain. While they are a little expensive, they are worth it for stopping cramps during my time of the month.

Okay
Didn't work as well as the other brand we got. Cheaper but won't buy again

This product can be used in other ways than for menstrual use
These work amazing! I have a digestive disorder, which causes a lot of pain and cramping. I recently went on a cruise and needed something portable that I could take with me. These worked perfectly and relieved any pain or cramping I had. They say they last eight hours, but for me, they lasted longer than that. I would highly recommend these. They are not only for menstrual pain. They can also be used for pain in your stomach due to digestive issues.

Works
Good buy. Not the hottest but good since it's gentle on the skin.

For period 🫶 I love it
These patches have been a lifesaver when my period comes; I love them, and honestly, I would buy them a thousand times over.

Midol Let Me Down
Dang, you would think Midol, specifically relating to menstrual pain would get this right. This patch is very small and heart shaped. It is to go on clothes not skin. It is barely getting warm at all, even when pressing down on it with my hand. So unfortunately worthless and not relieving any menstrual pain. If you decide to try these out for yourself (despite me advising to steer clear), I recommend just using all the patches in the box at once to attempt to get some sort of warmth.

These save me
When I have to go out and about on my period when I’d rather be curled into a ball with my heating pad, these are my go to. They get quite hot and last a while, with the added bonus of being discrete and hands-free. I’d recommend sticking them onto some looser leggings/shorts or underwear so the air creates added insulation and a surprisingly better heat transfer. Put a few clothing layers over the top and it’ll last most of the day. Definitely longer than a rice sock or a hot water bottle. They're easy to open when cramps have my vision blurring and work almost as well as pain meds. For days when my menstrual pain has me in discomfort but in not enough pain to take ibuprofen, these work just as well. If heat helps you with your pain, you’ll love these.
