Tjernlund ASLL Level to Level Aireshare Fan, 75 CFM

Is this product considered to be a Fire Damper... in case of a lower floor house fire it will not transfer via fan duct to upper floor?

I have a pellet stove in the basement. Iwant to move heat to the bedroom on the first floor through the joist. Would this work?

I have a mini split down stairs from my bedroom that heats/cools my first floor. Will this work to keep my bedroom cool?

Does this unit shut itself off when the AC or heat is not on?
