This product really works!
I love this product! I had tried Melatonin alone and it didn’t work for me. I was almost ready to go on a prescription sleep medication which would have been dangerous for me due to the risk of dizziness and potential falling when I get up at night. This product is safe and I’ve experienced zero side effects. So thankful Nature Made did the research and came up with the right combination of ingredients that really work!

Work great (fall asleep and stay asleep) without the groggy mornings
Wow, i really struggle falling asleep at times and let me tell you these are great! Easy to open and a nice blend of L-Theanine, Gaba and it has (immediate release AND Extended release Melitonin) LET ME TELL YOU I take 1 of these, 30 mins before I lay down and I am out! And i actually stay asleep all night but when I wake up in the morning I do NOT feel groggy or cloudy at all HIGHLY RECOMEND!!

Wicked Side Effects
Side effects were wild. Felt like I was 3 sheets to the wind. St. Patrick's Day, Cinco de Mayo levels of disconnected from this plane of existence. This does to you what H.P. Lovecraft thought a glass of wine would do to a man. Not for me. If you LIKE that sort of thing, by all means, order this and lose your grip on time and space. I also woke up in the middle of the night and forgot who and where I was for a good few minutes. Didn't take too long to realize I was in my bed and my bed was in some sort of carousel. Don't know why I went through the entire first packet of these before I decided that was enough of that...

Powerful over the counter medicine for sleep
This is the most powerful sleep aid on the market without a subscription. I suggest taking it 2 hours before bed as I had a hangover feeling the next morning. I slept through the night which is not my usual.

Natural sleep aid that works
I have been taking this regularly and my sleep is much better. I sleep well but wake up easily with no morning fog. I appreciate that they help me sleep without harmful drug side effects.

The worst kind of melatonin
This stuff is awful. Does not put you to sleep fast and makes it difficult to get up in the morning. Gives me headaches. Stay away and stick with a simple melatonin product.
