A great additional for a bakers kitchen
I've never tried semolina before and it was recommended for my bread journey. I was surprised how well the bread turned out! I also use it when making pizza from scratch to keep it from sticking to the counter. It's easy to use, and a great price for the amount of flour you receive.

Pizza savor
Bought this for making homemade pizza. Works perfectly for keeping the pizza moveable on the pizza pan to be thrown into the pizza oven. Very good at being nonstick. Better than flour, as it doesnโt burn and ruin the taste. Good value, not much is needed at a time.

Good choice

Great for pizza peels and counter.
Using to make sure pizza doesn't stick to peel or counter. I never did like corn meal it feels like you're eating sand with your food. This stuff is not as rough and it works to prevent sticking. Yet it cooks right off. YouTube says don't use too much else it burns and tastes bitter but I've used quite a bit and it didn't affect taste at all. I'd rather some of it burns than have the pizza tear or stick. Of these 2 scenarios which would you prefer? At some point you learn how much to use so the pizza doesn't stick.

The coarser grind of this is excellent for spreading out under a pizza crust. And it makes great dough and pasta. The only Semolina I but.
