It really did work!
I was shocked that it worked, I was in the beginning of a mountain bike race when the tendon popped. I thought a rock had flipped up from my tire and hit my tendon... I made this purchase on a chance it could help, and it did...I wore it for every ride, training and race, after 6 months it allowed the tendon to heal!! I keep it in my gear bag just in case..

Works good but.
This cross wrap Achilles support works fine. But it tends to wear out in about 5 months in my experience. For the price I’ll just buy a couple extra. Recommended.

Prevents chronic tendonitis pain
I've had chronic tendonitis for over a year. I've been placed in a walking boot, and splints, yet been shown stretching exercises yet nothing has proven effective at permanently removing the pain; I've even had to take 1,200 mg of ibuprofen to deal with the pain as I'm limping around unable to bear weight on my left foot. I've constantly been looking for something that can add support to my tendon as I'm a nurse who walks a lot and after a long shift, I'm often in so much pain that walking is difficult. I was skeptical that something so simple in design would be effective in either reducing or eliminating my pain. This device has been a miracle for me. I can walk as long and as far as I want and I feel absolutely no pain. Since I started using it I no longer have a need to take any medication for pain and I'm incredibly comfortable after walking 3+ miles/day. Buy this, you won't regret it!

Great product!!!
Instant relief! I’m not kidding. Coming from a fella just off a FHL tendon transfer I used this for my right foot!

Fell apart after a month
The material on this was thin and cheap, and after less than a month the velcro was completely shredded and the hole in the neoprene that you thread the strap through was tearing. Oddly, we got a shin strap from the same brand at the same time, and it is holding up much better.

Doesn’t provide much support
It does not hold onto the Achilles and slips upwards, waste of money I wouldn’t recommend

Does nothing for me
Not sure how putting strain in the Achilles is supposed to help. Tried it once, not impressed
