yum! these are a tasty, crunchy, easy snack to keep handy! good for protein at 100 calories per bag. they are just the right amount of salty. i would buy these again and again to stock my pantry.

I take Weygovy for weight management, and I don't eat alot. Im sure I take vitamins for my osteoporosis, and all has been well so far. BUT my last metabolic test results showed a significant drop in protein. I love edamame, and chewing. This fits my cravings. I bring a little packet to the gym and enjoy it after workout, and have another later in the day on my salad. Total protein: 28gm. So crunchy, wonderful taste. I enjoy the avocado oil flavor. Its not strong. I do not find these to be dry at all. And the package is easy to open.

These snacks have a good crunch to them, but lack enough salt flavor. It's almost non existent. Not saying they need to be drowned in salt, but a bit more would help! Decent value for the money. The freshness is good and a decent amount per bag. They have a good texture. The durability of the bag is there to keep them fresh. They have no spiciness only seasoned with salt. The nutritional content is good for those looking for a healthier snack without going overboard on calories.

Personally, I think it needs more salt, but they are delicious and crunchy and have a great nutrition profile if you’re looking for high-protein low-carb.

I got these because I needed something that would fit in my purse and wouldn't take up to much space. I love the crunch and it has the right amount of salt on them for someone like me who isnt supposed to be having salt at all. The only thing I didnt care for is I really do have to keep a drink near me because these dry my mouth out more than peanuts do but again I like them so I'll continue to buy and eat these. Like I mentioned beforeI love the crunch so the texture is perfect for me. The price is pretty decent for what you are getting.

Tasty snack, plenty of protein. Salty but great between meals, after exercise. Packet is very sturdy, somewhat hard to open.

I think they are delicious and i like the fact that they are high protein. They are dry so have water handly. Worth it. Good flavor and great crunch!
