This means the base will drop down with the weight when lifting in and out of unit. They arrived neatly compact but the creasing is difficult to remove. They fit easily into the KALLAX units which I always struggle to find when shopping places elsewhere from IKEA. Good colour and the handle rope detail is great. Thinking of purchasing again in another colour for other units around the home.
