This product seems to be a good value. You don't use very much, and it does seem to curb my appetite. It's a strong flavor but if you mix it with the right stuff it's not bad

This product works very well...just a small amount in a tablespoon definitely has decreased my appetite, and the unwanted pounds are quickly dropping!

Aloha, just received a few days ago- on time, excellent service- and as some have commented, taste is really weird. So not sure if working but appetite has lessened, use in my post workout protein shake, masks the taste very well. Use a small amount when the munchies occur in the evening- so far has helped to curb the binging. ^_ ~

I can't believe I paid so much this worthless supplement. I've been taking Caralluma Fimbriata for months now and love it but it's so potent I wanted to get a powder so I could get my dose lower. I normally take 375mg. But it just energizes me so much I started splitting another brand I bought of 600 mg capsules in half, taking 300mg. And even that's too much sometimes so I thought this would be the answer. So I started out with around 300mg the first day. I didn't notice anything but still felt good and got through my day fine. Which always happens when I take a break from this supplement, but it's day 2 where I stop feeling the effect of it completely. So day 2 I had to go all the way up to 1000mg. And still felt nothing so added some of the tincture I bought to top it off. Still nothing which means even though I took some of this the day before, it did absolutely nothing otherwise I would have at least felt the tincture. So now after taking some of the REAL stuff (tincture) today, tomorrow I will go back to the brands that work and it will finally kick in. But as of today I can barely get off the couch and have no energy whatsoever. I can't believe I paid $25 just to throw this useless supplement in the trash as it is NON-returnable. What a waste

Was enough product to place in glass quart container. Product is good quality. I placed it in a small container and wet my finger and place it under my tongue. It dissolves quickly and gets into your system even faster.

This seemed to create a mild decrease in appetite. However, after taking it for approximately one week, I noticed that my arms were beginning to itch pretty consistently. There was no rush, but more and more I found myself scratching both forearms. By two weeks it was almost unbearable. I began thinking about what might be causing that, and realized that about the time I started taking the Cara Luma, is when the itching started. I decided to try stopping it for a couple of weeks and by the end of two weeks the itching was gone. Itching without a rash, can be a sign of food allergy. So please be aware if you started showing, that it could be caused by the Cara Luma.
