I have used this once a week for three weeks in a row. I am really impressed with the results. A few things to know. Skincare is a must. It's not a good idea to use this without doing a good skincare routine. This will level up your skin, it shouldn't be used as a save the day to skin that isn't used to being cared for. You could really mess your skin up. It will ruin a day plus a long time after I give details, could be gross to some. I have a lot of blackheads and the tiny pores under my lip. I started wearing makeup daily a month or two ago so I needed some help. Make sure your skin is hydrated and follow the directions. You will want to go crazy once you start but don't. My skin def has peeled and regenerated after using the spatula in areas I went crazy. It has def helped me get the deeper blackheads out that in the past I would have cut my face up trying to get. With some patience you will be very happy with the results. Four days after the first time I used it I was breaking out a lot. But they were the teeny tiny white bubble type pimples that pop when you barely touch it. You will get through to the other side as long as you are patient and don't do too much. There's enough gunk you will be satisfied every time lol just pace yourself. Make sure you get VERY hydrated after. Drink your water and use your hydrating serums and moisturizer. I would skip anythig that is a chemical for at least a day or 2. Be nice to your skin.

I've had this product for a couple of months now so I've had a chance to play around with it a bit and really get to know the ins and outs. I only use it once a week because I do feel like it is pretty powerful and does have the ability to hurt your skin if you use it too often. I use it every Sunday night after my evening shower or sometimes if I don't take a shower, I'll use my facial steamer and do it after that. I've been blessed with pretty good skin but no matter what I do, I always have blackheads on my nose and I've always have the hardest time getting rid of them. I also get blackheads on my chin as well but I find that this product can't get them out like it can on my nose. Steaming your face, or holding a hot wash cloth on the area before you do this I think is one of the keys to success. It softens things up. Another thing you want to do is keep the area wet. I use a spray bottle, it makes it very easy to keep your skin damp so the paddle glides over your skin. For me at least, I have found that if you pull your skin tight, and if you use the side of the paddle instead of the end, I get better results. Don't overwork the area and it may take you a couple of times to get the right pressure. I find that it is very effective at clearing out the pores on my nose, at least for a week until I have to do it again. Your mileage may vary. As someone else mentioned, the frequency of the vibrations did bother my cat so please do this away from your pets or close the bathroom door so they aren't nearby when you are using the scrubber. The only thing I didn't like about it was if you leave it on for too long, it shuts off which is really annoying when I'm in the middle of scrubbing. I'm not sure why that happens but the unit never feels hot so I don't think it's an overheating thing. OH, and I never received the little rubber sleeves, but it's not the end of the world.

I really love this! I have replaced the nose patches with this product and I'm so happy! It really pulls the dirt out. Does the same thing as the nose patches without the drying time or itching. Remember to keep the area wet, that you're working on, though. I did have some issues with the silicone covers to use while washing my face. They do not like to stay on. I had to hold a finger up at the base while cleaning my face to keep the silicone cover from slipping off constantly. You can actually see it pull out the white & blackheads while using it. Go slowly to get the most from it.

Night two of using it and already a big fan. You can tell the difference immediately and you’ll be so surprised how much comes off your face. Skin looks cleaner, less dull, and it feels like my Moisturizer feels nicer, soaks deeper. Definitely would get the waterproof. But definitely worth getting and trying it out. Wish I got it sooner!

it works really well! make sure you don’t overdo the pressure or you’ll irritate your skin. i use it primarily on my nose and it really gets all the gunk out in 1-2 passes i do wish the build quality was better, this thing definitely feels cheap

I didn’t think much of it when I got it but as soon as I used it on my nose after hydrating my face it really showed out. As you can see from the picture I attached it really got to work as soon as I started. But I can understand why a comment on here by a dermatologist said to use this as little as possible, about 1-2 times a week. Just because it is quite powerful and you’ll definitely give yourself a headache if you use it more frequently. But amazing product and I would definitely recommend.

The product works fine on the face. I can feel an improvement on my skin right after the 3rd day. I have very oily skin and extremely clogged pores and this helped to remove the gunk out. Not all in 1 go but day after day of using it. It clears up. Just follow the instructions that were written here in the review section or you can youtube it. Very helpful. But the only reason i am giving this a 3 star is because no matter how long i charge it, the item only works for 10mins max! I did charge it for 2hrs at the start before using it. Can someone please let me know if they have the same problem? Not too sure what im doing wrong. Also, in the photo, we are supposed to receive the pink and blue attachments..i did not receive it in my box.
