As a student and practitioner of yoga I'm drawn to the Power Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga side of things but the patients I serve and many seeking the benefits of yoga require a more individualized and clinical approach that Viniyoga and Gary Kraftsow address with a more prescriptive approach to yoga.
