Unscrew that and the batteries insert there. **Q: Are there two headphones?** A: Yes **Q: I purchased these for my 2015 suburban and i cannot get them to work. the dvd system came with the car and is not after market, and still nothing.** A: I used mine for a 2015 escalade. I put the batteries in and turned them on in the front seat. They didn't work. Then I sat in the back seat and reinserted them and powered them on and they've worked fine since.
