received today, Has a rattle inside.? Cannot get the batteries to fit and still has a rattle. Will probably return if i cannot get it to work.

I’m not sure why your batteries won’t fit. It’s a tight squeeze for me but the fit. Check they’re positioned correctly. The rattle is the fan in the inside.

Where can you get replacement mesh filters?

most any smoke shop seems to have something that will work...even hardware stores sometimes have filter screens.
