Perfect Little Roasting Rack
I have been looking for a little roasting rack for quite a while because my new pots and pans did not have a roasting rack in the set. This is a small roasting rack that works perfectly with my small roasting pan. This will hold a 3 lb. whole chicken quite well but definitely not a 15 lb. turkey. This roasting rack suits my needs perfectly.

Hard to find
Not perfect but very useful. I was looking for flat models that seemingly only come with roasting pans. Unlike the pictures, it is 'V' shaped which is probably better for roasting large whole items i.e., chickens, turkeys, beef roasts etc. but smaller items like chicken parts, chops, frozen items etc. takes some ingenuity. Size is perfect for the smaller tray pans that I have. Also, non-stick coating helps for now anyway.

Nonstick coating disappears in short order.
It’s the perfect size, but it doesn’t take long for the nonstick coating to disappear and the underlying steel to rust. I can’t find an identical V shaped device made out of stainless steel. Why not?

Great size and shape to drain gats from roasting meats and keep them off the bottom of the roasting pan but started to rust after 6 uses.

Far sturdier than I was expecting for the price.
This 8X10.3 rack holds a 7+ pound stuffed chicken perfectly. Bought two and will be buying another two for my condo. Far sturdier than I was expecting for the price. I all about doing roasts (love me some leftovers) and this will for the bill for many cuts that are not too large in size.

Perfect for roasting chicken, pork loin, etc.
I have been Using one of these for years to cook whole chicken in a 13x9 inch glass pan. It finally rusted out so I needed a new one. This fits the bill exactly, a quality item, love it!

Not very good quality. Says roasting rack
Not very good quality. Says roasting rack, but i was very disappointed it didnt hold up very long. I dont think the oven-proofing is very good! Rusty joints & the coating was coming off after the 1st use.
