Good product, will be ordering more in the future
This stuff is great. I've tried others and didn't notice a difference, but this one worked from the first time. I slept like a baby. It's really good if you drink too much coffee and your magnesium is always low, and you need to top it up.

May help with sleep patterns
Capsules are not too big so fairly easy to swallow. I bought them primarily to help me overcome my lack of sleep. Digestion and anxiety were also factors. Appear to have helped as I’m sleeping much better than I was, which was my main concern.

They’ve changed the ingredients
Historically very good but just received a new batch and they’ve changed the packaging slightly. Checked the back and it’s less magnesium and more zinc. Unimpressed that there’s no warning and I’ll be trying to cancel my next order - if I can find it because it’s not appearing in subscriptions.
