They seem to be working
Left it a year before reviewing to see if they actually do work.Started taking these Aug 25 after I had my cholesterol levels checked and they were raised. Had my results back from this year's check and my levels have improved.My overall level has gone from 6.2 to 5.8 my Ldl has gone from 4.2 to 3.6 and my ratio is now 3.4 down from 4.1Being totally honest my diet hasnt hasn't changed much at all, so I really do believe the sterols have helped. I take 2 a day (with lunch and evening meal) most daysI think they are reasonably priced (compared with other brands), i havent had any side effects and even though the capsules are quite big, I dont have any problems swallowing them. They do seem to be working, so will continue to take

Very good product. I've been taking them for about 7-8 months and my cholesterol is down by one point since my last check. Cheap, easy to take and a better option than statins!!

Honest Review โ Good Results, But Pack Was Short of the Advertised 90
Iโve been taking these plant sterol capsules for around a year and have found them very easy to swallow. Over that time, my cholesterol has gradually come down from around 8.0 to 5.5 mmol/L at my last check-up, so Iโm very happy with the results and will continue taking them.The only negative is the packaging. The packet didnโt look particularly full, so I decided to count the capsules. To my surprise, there were 87 capsules rather than the advertised 90 in the sealed pack.Three capsules might not sound like much, but if every pack is consistently short, that really adds up. Hopefully this is just a one-off quality-control issue, but itโs something the manufacturer should look into.Overall, a good product that Iโve been happy with, but the capsule count was disappointing.

Hard to swallow, do they have to be so big?
Hard to swallow, due to the size, could they be opened and mixed with a suitable spread? Tried to ask the company, but no link takes you to a contact page! I'm beginning to suspect a fake product.
