Works with speeding metabolism 🚽💩but causes stomach pains
So I’ve been using this for few months now. I go off an on with it just because sometimes the side effects cause stomach pains and loss of appetite. But usually after the stomach pains I catch myself running to the bathroom 😭 so it’s a win lose situation. I do just take two a day a few times a week and take breaks. I’d rate 7.5/10 it does the job but it does come with side effects

Seems like formula is not consistent
I’ve been using this particular brand of berberine now for several years. I’m on a subscription with Amazon and the last two bottles. The color of the capsules has been different from what I’ve been used to which is a very bright yellow capsule. I’m wondering if they’re having quality control problems because two bottles in a row have been less yellow than what I am used to seeing. Anyone else having similar issues?
