Can someone please confirm the thickness of this particular cheek protector? I am looking for the thinner version, I believe it to be .12". I don't see the thickness mentioned in the product description. Thanks!

I would have to say yes. I ordered one and while I don't have anything to measure .12 " I would say it appears that size. Also Beretta only list two sizes on their website - the thinner .12 (PN E00378) and the thicker .24 (PN E00489). The prices listed on amazon cooincide with this scheme as well

What color is the gel pad? Which pad is thicker the .12 or .24?

The color is smoke, and the .24 thickness is thicker than the .12.

Is this a slip on cheek rest?

No, it does not "slip over" the rear of the stock. It has a very tacky surface on one side. You peel off a protective skin and then lay it on the stock. It stays in place very well and can be moved to other stocks. Been using one of these for awile for both trap shooting and bird hunting. Like it a lot.

Can you "refurbish" the pad. It stopped sticking to my stock

All I can tell you is that I have washed them before, and the adhesive still stuck to the stock. The thinner one works better than the thick one, and I don't think they stick very well to synthetic stocks. Hope this helped.
