Perfect fit!
Adult small baseball pants are too baggy for me so I decided to try the XL youth. I'm 5'5" with a 30" waist so I was worried it would be tight but there is more than enough room. Pretty good quality as well for a fraction of the price (of an adult pair).

Great Baseball Pants for Youth Players
