Can the 120v and 18v lights be connected at the same time-It comes with one cable that appears to have connectors for the two light types of light

You would have no issue using the included wiring. They are 120W and 18W not 120V and 18V. W is for watts and V is for Volts. The lights are 12 volt at 120 watts and 18 watts.

Anyone know the amps they pull?

Light bar is 120 watts. At 12 volts that's 10 amps. Spec says max amps is 15 for the combo.
