Does this actually work? Or are all of the good reviews based on getting that free bottle?

I did get a free bottle. BUT if this did not help why would I even want a free bottle? I was having pain for a couple of months and it was getting worse. My doctor ordered a sonogram to investigate. They said that I had fatty liver. I started taking this and 7 to 10 days later my pain was gone and has not been back

Has anyone using or that has used this product seen signifigance in detoxing from alcohol abuse??

Paula were your liver enzymes moderately high before taking this product

This is formulated in the usa not made in the usa. those are two different things. where is this product made?

The product is both formulated and made in the USA.

Are any of the ingredients sourced from china? sourcing, manufacturing and formulating are all different terms and can be misleading.
