As with most shapewear, it fits a little snug on the rear so panty lines are not completely invisible for form fitting skirts but I love this item. It holds and is sexy under a sheer blouse or jacket.

It is underwire. I am a 36B, and it fits great. I took out the wires (as they made my chest look very pointy 1950's) and there still is enough support in the lined bra cups.

How do you go to the bathroom with this on? Do you have to get totally undressed or is there a crotch closure?

Yes, there is a crotch closure (as you put it). I like this shape wear really. It smoothes and looks very feminine.

Could i wear this as a under shirt for a back peel a boo dress?

I think so. It is fairly low cut in the back. And it gives good support with a pretty lace look.
