Use an appropriate size fuse or breaker for each battery that you are running in parallel. **Q: 1500 watts is equivalent to how many amps?** A: Hello, Short Answer: 1500 Watts / 120 Volts = 12.5 Amps. Long Answer: Amps measure the flow of electricity as an electric current. You should think of electric current as the flow of water through a pipe. The more water flowing through the hose-pipe, the stronger the current is. Volts are the measurement used to determine how much force is needed to cause the electric current to flow. In keeping with the earlier example, you could think of volts as the water pressure in the hosepipe, which makes the water flow. Watts: Amps multiplied by Volts equals Watts, which is the measurement used to determine the amount of energy. The higher the wattage is, the more power and output from the appliance. In terms of the hose-pipe example, this would refer to the amount of water being released. **Q: Can this run continuously for 24/7 or it's too much work for the equipment** A: Hello! Thank you for your interest in our Wagan Tech Proline 10,000W Inverter (Item No. 3748), we appreciate your interest in our device and would love to help assist you in any way we can. In regards to your inquiry, the device would be able to run continuously for 24/7 as long as the power source can provide the power to run for that length of time. **Q: How many 12 volt battery and how many solar panel 380 volts each can this invertor run please?** A: Hello Julian, Thank you for your interest in our 12v DC to 120V AC Proline 5,000 W Power Inverter, the device does not have any limitations on how many batteries you can use and you can use as many batteries as you'd like, you would just have to make sure that it retains a 12v Overall Battery Bank (connect the batteries in Parallel if they are all 12 volt batteries). And you can also add as many solar Panels as you want, making sure that they are properly installed through a sufficient Solar Charge Controller. ## Frequently Bought Together - Wagan 3716 500W Slim Line AC to DC Inverter 500W TrueRated 1000W Surge Power Inverter - ECO-WORTHY 100 Watt 12 Volt Solar Panel Kit for RV Battery Boat Trailer Cabin Garden Shed Home: 100W Solar Panel+30A PWM Charge Controller+ Tray Cable + Z Mounting Brackets - Renogy Solar Panel Side of Pole Mount for 50W/100W Solar Panel (Mount only) for Flat Surface Off-Grid Systems, and Panels Up to 100W --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/41631454-wagan-el3716-500w-slim-line-power-inverter-1000w-surge-power](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/41631454-wagan-el3716-500w-slim-line-power-inverter-1000w-surge-power) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
