Cheap
Very uncomfortable and cheaply made! I ordered 1 chair to see how it would look in my salon and planned to order for the other 5 stations. It’s terrible!

Im not a satisfied customer. .I love the chair its self but the hydraulic pump makes lots of noise and worries me that it is not working properly. .but I need the chair and can not send back or fix the problem because I am desperate for the chair:(

Salon chair
Love this chair it’s wide and suitable for anybody, however the bolts are hard to screw in for the handles…..

Terrible to put together
Looks nice once assembled, however, it was TERRIBLE putting this together. I have put a lot of things together, but this was ridiculous. The holes weren't lined up and it was very difficult - had to have another person come over to complete the job.
