Great treat, with some nutritional value. The crunchy texture is great and I enjoy the teriyaki flavor. I wish the size of the sheets were just half the size they are. Easier to put in my mouth without making a mess. Good value for such a tasty treat.

Teriyaki Seaweed, “Gimme Gimme!” Jokingly… I love organic (Non GMO) Wasabi, Nori, Kelp and other sea vegetable in our Oceans. (still preserved). These snacks help kids and adults, alike, obtain necessary iodine plus mineral rich food sources. The flavors are tasty for snacks and various tastes. (Sweet, Sour Salty, Pungent and Astringent)

This is a staple addition to a "grazing/snack-y" lunch: string cheese, crackers & hummus, pickles or olives, and Teriyaki or Wasabi Seaweed Snacks. Quick, easy, fun and satisfying. The price is considerably better than any local supermarket, and the freshness is comparable. It's rare for us to be without this in our cupboard!
