The quality of this mat is GREAT!! PRO TIP: It is challenging to unrole and wants to curl back up once in place. While rolled out, place weights on the corners to keep it down, then place a sheet on top of the mat and iron over the sheet. The heat will cause the plastic to be a little more pliable and remain in place. Once you've applied the heat, you can remove the weights from the corners (be sure to iron over the corners too).

It works great. I purchased this for my Father and he loves it. The only issue I had was it came rolled up so it took a minute for it to straightened out.

It works well for what’s it’s meant for - my carpet has longer thread and allows for the mat to sit well. However, if you are looking for something easy to put down… this may not be the mat for you. As a shorter female who has done multiple moves in her life and capable of moving large pieces of furniture around, this was extremely difficult to roll out, flatten, and put in place by myself. This was a two person job for the whole two day process it took to finally be able to use. I suspect the mat was in a box for awhile that it took the rolled form and stuck that way. The plastic is dense enough that it was not easy to pull from the plastic wrap. The mat isn’t very flat after putting several hand weights on top and attempting to roll the opposite way to remove the dents. I also cut my foot on the pointy back side… not a one person job at all.

Unrolling it was a challenge, but it's exactly what I wanted/needed for my home office. That said, I'm giving it 4 stars because it arrived smelling like cat pee, which is a smell I'm still working to get rid of...
