Very impressed with my MiLights, overall, and this little remote is no exception. It does what it's supposed to do. It has had the odd glitch a couple of times that I can't explain, but new batteries or just popping out the batteries and popping them back in. Could have been something as simple as the batteries dieing. Otherwise, works great.

I’ve wired touch panels before, but I can’t get this one to work. I have the touch screen panel, the controller (both RGB-CCT) and the remote, but lights won’t come on. What else could I possibly need? It’d be nice if instructions were decent. I’m very frustrated since I spent all this money and still have no lights, and no idea what to try next.

#1 It's incredibly hard to get the back open to insert batteries. It came with no instructions. I hope you didn't like your fingernail too much. #2 the bottom of the remote is round, so it won't sit still on a table! It has to be picked up to be used. You can't push the buttons accurately while it's sitting, it just rolls around.

This is a fake remote. No circuitry inside or buttons to push. Just molded plastic. It’s like a child’s toy. DO NOT buy if you want a working remote
