I never wear pantyhose in AZ but I was attending a formal gala in Phoenix (100 degrees outside) and needed light weight support for open toe shoes! These were perfect! I’m plus size and the XXL worked for size 22, which is great, this is not a solution that is easier to find or to find in plus sizes. They are not control top, which was fine, I didn’t need that, I had shape wear for that look. I was worried about their durability based on other reviews but they held up great for more than 10 hours, no snags and I can wear again! These won’t last for repetitive/constant use but for those events where you need an open toed pantry-hose option these were a great solution and I will order again to always have a pair on hand!

I thought I was buying small fishnet pantyhose, but these definitely were not what I had in mind. They have a shimmer to them. They remind me of old lady pantyhose.
