BRILLIANT! I absolutely LOVE this thing! wanted clean nontoxic deep clean method. it has changed my cleaning routine. works wonders on any surface, so easy to use. the steam breaks up tough grime. cleaned EVERY SURFACE- walls, sinks, fridge, shelves, toilets (dedicated head), floors, mirrors & windows (this function was least successful - left streaks). so now I use it on outdoor windows to get grime off, then I have to go back & wipe down with a towel to get streaks off. its still helpful for windows albeit not perfect. Great for getting grime out of crevices & corners. honey spilled in pantry & this got hot right up. was able to get mildew out of shower grout too. soap scum off shower door, used on my air vents, dog crate, grill . the wand detaches so you can use as small handheld or with the stick attached for floors & walls. heats up super fast. can refill on the go without having to wait. I was doubtful with something made in CH but this thing actually works. I'm addicted to cleaning now.

We bought a resale home with tile flooring not realizing that dark and dirty grout doesn't clean up easily. I spent well over a day sitting on the floor with a toothbrush hand scrubbing the kitchen floor grout. My entire first floor needed to be done and so it was either that, hire a company and pay out the wazoo or find another way to clean the floors and maintain them so they never get like that again. My daughter recommended this to me because she loves hers. I am so glad I purchased it because it has saved me hours and money! I used the grout brush along with a solution I made up consisting of 2 parts isopropyl alcohol, 1 part Dawn dish soap and 4 parts water. I sprayed that on the grout and worked in 6 foot sections. I was amazed at how easily it cleanup up and not having to get down on the floor was a huge bonus. The unit was easy to set up, heated up within seconds and provided a substantial and very effective amount of steam. Considering the amount of floor I had to cover, I did think the water reservoir could stand to be a lot bigger, but then the unit wouldn't be as light to maneuver so it was something for me, where the benefit outweighed any negative. When I was done with the grout I went over the entire floor with the mop pad. I swear my floors are so shiny and clean that they look brand new. You could literally eat off the floor...it's that good! I had to contact customer service for a question and they got back to me immediately and were over the top courteous and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. I can honestly say, (Note: I am not being paid for this review and this product was not given to me), I am very impressed and would recommend this steamer!

The media could not be loaded. Ohhhhhh yeahhhhh! I needed this! I caught this on sale and I was glad I did. It works well. It was easy to use, it heated up quickly and produced a decent amount of steam. The cord allowed for a good reach too. The mop comes with two reusable pads, but there’s also an option to purchase more of those or some disposable ones that I’ve also included in the pictures. There’s also multiple great attachments to help clean tough to reach areas. It leaves your home smelling fresh and sanitized.The only 2 downsides for me were,1. It’s a bit annoying/confusing trying to get it on and off.2. The steam power. Though it was good for 95% of what I needed it just wasn’t hot enough to really melt the grease grime that was stuck on the cabinet over my stove. My house is fairly new having one owner before me. They unfortunately were slobs and seemingly never did an ounce of deep cleaning in the 4yrs after they had the house built. I’ve tried everything and I thought this would do the final trick. Unfortunately it didn’t but it did work wonders for everywhere else and I’m still happy with the purchase.

Great for quick clean up, not so much for deep cleaning. Has excellent attachments, love grout cleaning one, great for cleaning windows & glass shower doors fast. Heats up quick, water tank small but doesn’t bother me. Wish there was a way to roll/wind cord to steamer, pretty much just have to secure by rolling it into itself. Very light weight.
