Sounds great, easy to use (make sure headphones plugged right into the jack socket or it'll sound like you're underwater). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent device but with reservations. *by K***Y on 29 March 2025* This adapter works really well apart from one problem. If you only want it to connect headphones or earpieces for listening then these work really well indeed and the sound quality is excellent. However, if you want to use them to connect into an amplifier or powered speakers they may not work properly. I wanted one for outputting music from a Raspberry Pi into an amplifier and while it seemed to be working well, after 30 seconds or so the sound went distorted and slowed down. I found that it did work reliably if I used a Y splitter to connect the amplifier and a pair of earpieces in parallel - presumably the earpieces were providing the low impedance load required for it to work properly.
