What is this made of because in the picture looks matte but my friend got one and it looks really shiny?

It's made of polyester fabric and is matte in texture. I bought the light blue one for myself (it's more of a pale aqua), and the light purple one for a friend. Both were matte and not shiny at all.

Pretty much, and depending on how it is stored. My daughter keeps it in her backpack. But she is a clean freak
