Garlique Healthy Blood Pressure Formula 60 ct (Pack of 1)

Hiya! I am on 3 blood pressure meds and they don't keep me stable. Was just recently in hospital for 198/146 pulse 135 and wasn't doing anything but laying down. But I have added this, magnesium and beets and I couldn't believe that under very high stress my BP was a rock solid 120/77 pulse 77. Haven't seen that in ages. I still use the Garlique along with beet capsules to control my blood pressure and bolster my immunity. However, I did end up switching to their "healthy cholesterol" formula. Why? Because after a few months on the "healthy blood pressure" formula, which I took with a multivitamin that contained B12 as well, my B12 level became quite elevated. My doctor advised me to stop both supplements, and my B12 levels are back to normal. No harm was done, but I don't think it's a good idea to ingest too much of any nutrient. I am NOT saying not to take the blood pressure formula. What I am saying is you might want to consider the plain Garlique if you're getting B vitamins in another supplement already. I consider that because of my oversight in checking total B vitamin intake, I made an error. On a positive note, my blood pressure has lowered by 20 points due to exercise and my Garlique/beet capsule regimen. You CAN lower your BP significantly if you work at it and take these supplements. I am happy to have dodged the BP medication bullet. Here's to your health!
