It DOES work. BUT, you must give it time....about1 to 2 weeks
I moved to the city,from a rural wooded area. I was a bit suprised that the city mice problem was far more difficult to get rid of mice, than the wooded area. With ANY & ALL systems, you need to kill off existing mice first. This is key, because 5he multiple so quickly. Use traps for 1st step. Meanwhile, use these sound devices. There are 3 settings. You plug these in, tap the button on the side 3x. Each time you push the button, you are setting a different sound, and intensity. Start with the loudest one first....(red) leave it at that setting according to directions. ( NOTE: THIS HIGHEST SETTING SHOULD NOT BE USED IF YOU HAVE PETS IN THE HOUSE ...PLUS IT IS ANNOYING ...but works after about a week or so. Then go down to next lowest sound( purple) Far less annoying Then go down to green setting. . Green us safe for pets. Now, 1 month or so later, there is no evidence of mice. But it took both killing off existing and this back up system. I did try other systems, with not long term results at all. This one did the trick. A friend hought a cabin in 5he woids, and had a total mouse infestation. He killed iff over 15 mice the first after moving in !! Meanwhul3 he put 3 of these un his basement, Plus another 4 in the main living areas. ( LG cabin). The sound DOES NOT GO THOUGH WALLS, so you do need more than you may think. But it was the first system that he found worked after a few weeks. Now occasionally sets out traps, just to double check .Mice are gone. Traps remaine empty.

It certainly slows down the rare insect that makes it in
Now I’m not sure if these actually ward off insects or not but I will say this: when I find the occasional insect in my condo that insect moves at an incredibly sloth-like pace. As if it were drugged. I have to believe that these devices are the reason for that and I am a repeat customer.

I am sorry to say, but this thing doesn’t work. I bought 2... and threw them away :( my money is gone for nothing...

Did not work
So I gave this a try for a good year. Not only did it not work, but when I finally unplugged it, we found roaching living inside this unit.

Scared my dogs
I only used this product for a couple of days. I do not know if it worked as it did not have time to do anything. I purchased this to keep spiders out of my bedroom, yuck. However, my dogs would not even come into the room. I tried two days then removed it and their behavior went back to normal so never tried it again.

Does this really work?
We recently moved to FL from the northeast and are not used to the amount of bugs here. While some reviewers seem to indicate this thing working like magic, we have not experienced that. We still have roaches and other critters walking about the room. We have it set on the medium semi audible setting.

Not worth 2 cents
Didn't work at all. We had a problem with nats due to high temperatures. Bought this but waste of money

power failure reset problem
If your power goes out occasionally, you'll find this thing does not automatically go back to the setting that you had it on. It's the middle (of 3) settings that works best for us. But every time our power flickers, it resets to the lowest setting.

El producto llegó en tiempo pero la calidad de los materiales no es muy buena, compre el repelente por el problema de mosquitos que hay en la ciudad donde vivo pero la realidad es que no he sentido diferencia desde que lo utilizo.
