5 Stars - Best Book Jennifer's Ever Written
This is hands down Jennifer's BEST book in my opinion and I would give it at least 10 stars if I could!! Jennifer gives us a sweet and steamy story that has all of the feels going from friends to lovers, second chance, AMAZING HOT single dad and so much more! It's literally a PERFECT MUST READ!Reed and Sadie were best friends in high school and Reed always wanted more. Sadie didn't feel she was good enough for him. So when it came time for Reed to go to college, she told him that she didn't love him and broke his heart. Now it's years later and Reed is returning back to his hometown as a widowed hot amazing dad. I feel like I've said this before about some characters but at this point Reed is literally my absolute favorite character ever. Not only do we know he's hot physically wise but he's HOT emotionally wise in caring for his daughter Emmy and making her his top priority. *SWOON*I'll leave all of the rest for you to read and figure out but just know you are in for a TREAT! After reading this book, I know that I literally want to visit and maybe even move to Montana and find Lakeside.I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review. I will be buying this book to have on all of my devices to where I can re-read this MANY times!

This was a decent story
I generally liked it. As others have said, it is sweet where except for the initial breakup there is not much angst between the main characters. Basically two star crossed lovers separated after high school because she didn't feel "good enough" which unfortunately is not far fetched. They find each other again after a tragedy. Author deals well with some feelings when someone is killed because of distracted driving - but not too deep to make thw book "heavy".The stalker part wasn't really necessary but I can see where the author tried to add a little more depth to the plot than just a sweet return to love. It wasn't a bad premise but the "clues" could have been a little more prominent and the kidnapping could have had addtional detail to really make it have some suspense. The relationship that her mom gets into is a little unresolved for me - how does someone gonfrom creeping you out for YEAR to you thinking - that's just how he is. A little more backstory would have helped there.Again, decent story and I will probably read the new one coming out in 2020.

IM YOURS
This book deserves 10 stars. Sadie and Reed were childhood friends, she was from the poor side of town but Reed didn't care...he loved this girl. Enough to pour his heart to her for her to say...no.Fast forward and Sadie life hasn't gone according to plan. Reed got married and has a daughter. But things are about to shift to put them back together again. Of course it's not going to be easy. Get ready for your heart to break, get put back together, break again and then turn into a puddle.I can't believe how I yelled at my reader, I cried so much. For something good to happen between our leads a tragedy had to come first. Which made me feel guilty. Then we get the drama of an evil ex and I swear my jaw dropped. These two have the most complex love and its got to be tougher than tough to make it through all they endure.A complete story with struggling characters you want to stand next to and at times shake them up a bit. The supporting cast are so pivotal for these two to find a voice. Then that ending...swoon! I adored this story because it felt so in your face and took my breath away. Each scene was an image in my mind that I don't ever want to forget.

Wonderful Small Town, Single Dad, Second Chance romance
I am giving I’m Yours by. Jennifer Van Wyk 5 stars This book is a stand alone read. And did a great job of combining small town, single dad, second chance romances.Sadie Jones has not exactly had the easiest life, but no matter where she came from Reed had always loved her and longed for her love in return. When he found out it wasn’t he was leaving for college and ended up staying away for 12 years. So much has happened in those 12 years but when they see each other again, their feelings are still there.I absolutely Love I’m Yours, the characters are amazing especially little Emmy, and the small town setting was wonderful as well. I love how while you were reading there were signs that eluded to trouble but you didn’t actually see it until it was right there. It’s definitely one of those stories that captivates you from the start. So glad I read I’m Yours you should definitely read it also!!

Pretty good
The best thing this book has going for it is that the author didn't write a hero who was complete garbage. You would think that would be easy to do in romance novels but apparently it's not. The 2 main characters actually like each other and aren't terrible to each other! That's refreshing. I really felt the connection that they had. The daughter was precious and I actually found myself grinning when she was involved in the story. I did find it a little odd that both Reed and his daughter have almost no hangups about his wife passing. Sadie had to endure some really dark stuff towards the end of the book which I felt wasn't needed. It didn't add anything to the story and just felt really out of place. Not sure why the author went there but it took the book down a little in my opinion. I'm gonna read another book by this author because I felt she did a good job of actually writing a romance instead of just 2 people who are sexually attracted to each other.

Romance with a twist!
A non spoiler review.ROMANCE WITH A TWIST AND SOME SMALL TOWN LOVIN..Ahhh I fell hard for this book after a couple pages, Sadie and Reed stole my heart but the biggest heart stealer was Emmy! She’s so darn adorable I couldn’t get enough of her. What’s better than a small town romance? One with a single dad and an adorable little girl. The journey this book took me on was nothing short of amazing. So many ups and downs. Heartbreak, loss and love. Forgiveness and unselfishness. There wasn’t a page in this book I couldn’t turn fast enough. Tons of sweet moments with just enough sexy time. But wow that twist. Read this book it’s AMAZING!

Is love really enough?
Circumstances beyond our control oftentimes stops us from accepting what is staring at us. The first thing we do is to let go and hope for the best. Even after Reed confessed his love for Sadie when they were teenagers, Sadie still let the love of her life go. More than a decade later, they are thrust back together and the journey that they both went through being apart has changed them but as a reader you are rooting for them to get back together because first love never dies right?A wonderful story with little Miss Emmy and her grandparents stealing the limelight with their cuteness.

A great read
I really loved that in this it is the boy who was all infrom the very start. The characters have to be apart to grow and in the end you find out of they are meant to be. In a really emotionally compelling story.
