It works great for my frizzy curly hair. Review: Great for dry waves - This is very gentle and hydrating for my low porosity waves. I used Carols Daughter Hair Milk for a decade but they discontinued it, and this Ouidad cowash replaced it. The product has a thick firm texture and doesn’t foam. It leaves my hair soft and clean without tangles. I use it 2x a week and pair with a leave in conditioner.

Too thick for me
Gosh, this stuff is so thick I can hardly get it out of the bottle. I won’t buy it again.

Counterfeit or bad lot
I usually purchase this at my salon, but purchased here between visits. Salon purchased product is 12 oz, this is 11.5 oz. Salon purchased is sealed with a foil over bottle opening underneath cap, and this was not. Salon purchased is super thick, creamy, and smells amazing. This purchase did not. (It didn't stink, but barely could smell any kind of scent at all.) Salon purchased detangles my hair and hydrates it, and this one did neither. Could have been a "bad" batch, but I'm not willing to give it a second chance- especially when it is a few dollars more than in the salon. Returning.
