PROS: Cheap Pen, Comes with refills, Also added plus takes my favorite nekigoen pen refills, While writing this review I realized that the pen is actually less expensive than my refills, My Refill $10/15 while these pens are $10/20 and you get one refill per pen, Okay so the pen comes to about fifty cents each, and definitely better than a dollar store pen, Has stong chrome steel clip, Metal cap, and Button for pen action. Even the quality of the provided ink is not bad, cartridges are all plastic except for the ball, but the pen writes well. Being an all bamboo pen it is strong and straight a major plus over other wood pens. Plus who knows maybe they actually reinforce the bamboo with some resin I don't know, what I do know is that "I have never broken one of my Bamboo Pens," plus at this price they are a great give away item. Bamboo is easy to grip and I love the straight barrel design although I wonder what a higher quality maybe fatter designed pen would be like for increased grip. At this price they also make a great gift. My first purchase was in 2023 and I have yet to have one of these pens malfunction or break. CONS: Water based ink will freeze should you decide to carry to the artic and try to write outside. Not high duribility compared to metal pen in that everything not visible is made out of plastic. That said again, I have yet to have one of these pens malfunction or break. Yes I'd buy these pens again, actually while writing this review and thinking about the pens I bought 20 more. I use these in my Glowforge Pro laser and they work great. I give them away as gifts with funny sayings engraved on them. Many people have remarked how well they look and write .

The pens are great in general. I love to write with it, as I had to use the ones that got damaged in transit. The problem was with packaging. It came in a big box without padding with few other items I purchased, so the pen's bag ripped open and everything was out. Three pens were damaged; unfortunately, I had to use them right away and didn't have time to return or exchange them.

Product not bad, but was short 6 pens and trying to get those missing pens was impossible with out having to return the whole package. Wish there was an easier way to get the correct order fulfilled

The product looks good but it was disappointing that the extra refills were not included. Overall the product looks as if it is good quality for the money. I'm just disappointed that the refills were missing.
