I was using another companies Glucosamine for dogs which was good....but this product is better. For the same price I was paying, I'm getting a larger amount and my dogs seem to like the taste better. If you are paying a lot of money for prescription dog medicine to help with hip dysplaysia or arthritis or other aging dog hip problems, giving this glucosmine will either lessen the Rx need or get rid of it all together. This product is a blessing for your dog and your wallet. I've been giving my 14 year old dog who has arthritis with some hip dysplasia liquid glucosamine for over a year now. I was using another very good product but this one is better. (for the same price I was paying for the other product I get more and it has more of the repairing ingriedients along with additional help for good health.) My dog is still a bit slow but she can get up and down on steps, she wants to get up and move when before using this she wanted me to help her up and down and she didn't want to move at all or take walks. This wonderful liquid gives my old girl a renewal of physical movement. Along with this product you should also invest in their Salmon oil. I have 6 dogs and 3 of them had really bad skin conditions that caused them havoc during the hot months. Loss of hair, ongoing scratching, etc....a bath helps but didn't keep 2 of them from losing their hair every summer. Until a year ago when I discovered salmon oil for their skin, coat, and overall health. My 13 year old dog acts like shes 8 again. Her black coat has never been fuller or shinier! All of my dogs benefit substantially from Salmon oil. For older dogs using these two products together make an unbelievable difference in how they feel. (Be sure to give enough time for both products to get working in your dogs system. I started noticing the difference after 2 weeks....and over the last year...Oh man! what a significant difference in all of my dogs health. Any holistic approach to better health care is going to get better the longer the product(s) are taken. For animals and people too! I'm also very impressed with how this company owner does business, she's very conscious how her customers and I appreciate her caring personal touches she gives to her products and service.

Update August 2025: Chloe passed away at 15 years old back in May. I wanted to update as I know this product gave me 5 extra years with my best friend and I cannot recommend this enough. Nothing worked like this did. Start it as soon as they hit their senior years, the sooner the better. You will not regret it! 2020- I love this stuff. My dog chloe is a 10 yr old senior lab mix. She has short legs and was having a hard time keeping up with her much bigger younger siblings. She was also having a hard time getting up stairs or on and off our bed. I take her and her sister everywhere; on hikes, to bars, dog parks, you name it. She was starting to not enjoy herself as much as normal and this was really hard for me watch. I began to read a lot about glucosamine and how it can really make a difference in a older dog’s agility. I read lots of reviews for many different products but the reviews here gave me the confidence to at least try it out. I have been ordering this stuff for 4-6 months straight (at least) and it is amazing. I give her 3 pumps in her morning meal along with a dentistick. She is running and jumping like a young dog. They wrestle constantly. I have a big yard and she loves to chase squirrels and rabbits. I even have my dad giving this to his dog and he is also seeing major improvements with his senior doggie. I think I should mention that like with most supplements, once you start this you cannot stop. The symptoms of age will return and your dog will suffer. This is a commitment but it is 100% worth seeing your dog enjoy their senior years. I love this product.

First, to explain my 4-star rating on Value, it is based on the fact that I've just begun using this supplement on my cats who don't show signs of joint problems~it's preventative right now. So, as far as this being effective and worth purchasing over and over, it's hard for me to determine. But, if it works, it is worth its weight! I decided to give this a try b/c of a senior cat I had who had obvious signs of arthritis in her hind legs. But at that point in her life when I decided to try this on her, her appetite was slowing rapidly, and she eventually passed. Wish I'd known about this product earlier for her sake. The most impressive factor is how knowledgeable and caring these sellers are! They have educated me even though I've had cats all my long life! They offer a multitude of info, encourage and answer questions willingly, and are so helpful in our quest to make sure our pets are healthy! Through ordering this product, I discovered that my husband also takes glucosamine for joint health (he has knee issues), and says it has been a beneficial supplement to his diet. I first ordered the bacon flavored option, but my senior cat detected and didn't care for it (it smells like bacon to me!) So, I used it up successfully on my other cats. Then I tried the unflavored one; again, none of them seems to notice it in their food at all! I want my cats to be as healthy as possible, and as active as they can in their later years. I wish I could place this on my Amazon subscription for extra savings and automatic shipping. It's good to know that I can contact the seller and rely on their expertise in pet health.

My senior cat was limping on one of her hips. Gave this a try and within a week or two she wasn't limping anymore.

My dogs really like this one, as well as my pig. However, it is out of stock often for subscription so I recommend buying 2-3 at a time when in stock. I did taste it as I won't give them supplements that taste awful, and honestly--it's not delicious but when mixed with food, it's completely fine. I did notice a definite improvement in mobility and joints, so it's effective and is well worth the money.

La primera vez que lo usé recuerdo que me fue bien el gato comida su comida con esta medicina natural. Luego lo compre de nuevo y el gato me lo rechazaba, un día fui a la veterinaria y le mostré el producto para que me dijera qué le parecía, lo destapó y lo Olió y probó cuando la dije que el gato no me lo estaba aceptando, y dijo esto huele muy mal, apuesta y saber muy mal, me está dañado por eso no lo acepta. Entonces 40 dólares a la basura, pensé capaz algo pasó en el trayecto, la persona que me lo trajo no lo tuvo en óptimas condiciones, le di forma al asunto sin culpar a la empresa que los produce. Ahora volví a comprarlo y me llegó sellado, pedí que me lo traigan con mucha atención, lo abrí y huele exactamente igual al "dañado" los gatos de nuevo lo rechazan. Escribí una pregunta pero no me responden. Amazon me ha dejado sola también con eso y me parece muy mal porque son 80 dólares todos a la basura, dos frascos llenos y yo en otro país. Muy lamentable que no vendan esto con ética. Nadie responde nada y todos se lavan las manos. Como dato extra el olor es como rancio, como aquesado y es pegajoso también es amargo xq lo probé con asco pero tengo que saber lo que estoy dando a mis mascotas que son hijos para mi. No lo recomiendo y además cuesta mucho dinero y de paso no hay servicio de post venta, no les interesa, más que vender.
