Monolaurin was recommend for people with CFS with one other product, that is supposed to be the energy maker. The other product hasn't really helped me, this has. It's not been miraculous but instead of pushing myself to get any daily task done, I can just do them. That actually is a huge positive change. I take 2 capsules three times a day. They are a bit big but, hey, I have more energy on a regular basis.
