The Call of the Wild: Adapted for Young Readers

The book was easy to read for my granddaughter. It was a book I read at her age. I enjoyed it as much as she did.

Bought for my Son but read it myself in a day! Looking forward to seeing the Movie out next month.

Book was more for Gradeschool not Middle School.

My daughter lived it. Perfect for my 9 year old.

First I must say that it has been many years since I read The Call of the Wild. I do remember enjoying it, however, my six year old son is the reason I am writing this review. This was the first book he has ever read that I had to MAKE him stop reading to do things such as eat or sleep. Usually I have to MAKE him read, but this time he was at it every chance he had. Now he is begging for "White Fang" for Christmas! I recommend this book for boys who like adventure.

This is still advanced for young readers. Yes it is less than the original but it isn’t for elementary kids.

I ordered this thru Prime thinking two days delivery. NOOO... ONE week later my grandson received it. NOT happy!
