How much water does it hold?

It doesn’t matter how much it holds (maybe a cup at most) because it doesn’t work. It’s the same pressure as slashing water into your mouth or gargling. It does zero good. Buy something battery operated. This is a waste of money. I tossed mine.

Says no batteries needed, however under details it says battery powered??

It’s not battery powered. It’s a hand pump with no power to do anything to clean teeth, You are better off rinsing your mouth with water from a cup.

No electricity? Air pressure? Does that really provide sufficient water pressure?

It is air pressured, and does provide significant water pressure. It honestly works just as well as my electric water pic.. Totally worth it!
