I use this in my current job as both a driver and instructor. The material seems durable and thus far construction has held up against several mountable choices (on my belt loop, on my "go-bag" on my PPE (kit) and numerous bumps and dings. Very lightweight and holds my CAT gen 7 tourniquet snugly with enough retention that I do not have to worry about it falling out; right side up, upside down, sideways, it stays in place and keeps the tourniquet right where it needs to stay even with keeping the shipping plastic on the CAT.It's compatible with MOLLE webbing and easily detaches when I need to move it from one configuration to another. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fits on Duty Belt *by T***S on Reviewed in the United States on August 25, 2021* I have a gen 7 CAT as well as an older tourniquet that both fit well into this holder. Once you get them in they are tight enough to not fall out, but you can still pull the tourniquet out with mild force. I can fit them onto my duty belt or the expansion spot on my alien gear thigh holster. Plastic is solid. Even though the medical cross is black, it is easy to see in the light. Barely got tq in holder. I promise it will never come out without help.2. I used the belt clip to put it on my duty belt. I give it a week before it pops off.
