For seven years old which size should I choose??

I thought it ran small so would size up

How is the head piece for this costume? Is it light or heavy? In the picture it seems a little awkward and big.

Light like a light foam material with velvet material over it my I bout these form my 5&3year old they did not have a problem with the heads and loved them no complaints other than I hated spending $30 each on them

What size does a 2T fit. Would it fit a baby 9-12months
