A: Hi..those are the intensities...it feels so good and you can turn on the heat or leave it off...it also rotate the little balls forward and in reverse and in diffrent modes....very well worth it...enjoy

A: your local auto parts store should have those plugs in stock. If you cant find a replacement online you can find one that the end cap fits on yours. just don't lose the spring that keeps pressure on button from the inside.

A: Quite comfortable but everyone may feel different. There are 2 heating levels to choose from and you may choose the one that suits you best.

I bought this product as a treat for myself for Christmas. It is easy to set up and intuitive to use. However, and I don't know if this is intentional to prevent people from burning themselves, the heated feature does not warm up as much as I had hoped it would. It feels comfy and soothing but there is no way to get a really nice heat going. The massager works nicely on the neck, although I did have to experiment moving it up and down a bit to find a good position so I could lay still and enjoy the massage. The rotating massage heads are very hard, to the point where when I'm not perfectly positioned, they can hurt while moving around. All in all, the massager does an "ok" job, but I had hoped for a bit better and more comfortable massage heads. Update: The seller of this product has great customer service and contacted me to provide me with an easy tip on how to use the product with a towel to make it a more enjoyable experience. I have tried the suggestion and must say that helped a lot. The seller's communication was completely unexpected but it is amazing to be heard and helped as a customer. 5 stars for customer service!
