What does the mode function do? Manual says that it will change the light from red to blue to purple but it doesn’t say what the function is.

Hi..those are the intensities...it feels so good and you can turn on the heat or leave it off...it also rotate the little balls forward and in reverse and in diffrent modes....very well worth it...enjoy

Is this 110 or Dual voltage?

To the best of my knowledge it’s 110

The plug for my car has lost its metal end to plug in to my vehicle. How can I replace this?

your local auto parts store should have those plugs in stock. If you cant find a replacement online you can find one that the end cap fits on yours. just don't lose the spring that keeps pressure on button from the inside.

Is the heat of the back massager too hot or too cold?

Quite comfortable but everyone may feel different. There are 2 heating levels to choose from and you may choose the one that suits you best.
