This stuff is the goods, as another reviewer said, you pretty much cant feel your legs at all after putting it on. I'm yet to try it on a long run, but I imagine it would do wonders for endurance runners with pains. I was worried this was a gimmick and would be similar to all the other products on the market, but it is definitely more.

Updated: Ok to get the roll-on to work, gently shake the bottle downward, then with the roller against your body squeeze the bottle gently and some pain cream will come out of the bottle and the roller will not pop out of the bottle because your body will hold it in place. The stuff does block pain when it comes out of the roller bottle. The thick cream does not come out around the roller. I am not sure why there are any good reviews of the roller bottle. Maybe the cream is good, but the roller is crap. The pain cream does have capsicum in it that does work for pain if one can get it out of the roller. Who knows, maybe some of the rollers work. The one I have does not. I think it could be a good idea when it works, but you are just taking your chances with Amazon. I texted customer service and they did help this time. I will buy this again.
