OMGGGH SO IM THE FIRST REVIEW I FEEL SPECIAL LOL ANYWAYS I JUST GOT IT TODAY IT ARRIVED IN A VERY SMALL BOX I immediately became disappointed I've been let down from buying hair on Amazon so I was already repared to be let down WELL THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN I LOVVVVVVEEE THE HAIR ITS BEAUTIFUL IT LOOK LIKE PICS EVERYONE LOVES IT. VERY TRUE TO IT'S LENGTH I GOT 18" WILL KEEP Y'ALL UPDATED ALSO IT DOESN'T SHED I COMB IT ALOT BUT ONLY TIME WILL TILL it arrived on time

I really hate leaving NEGATIVE reviews, however, the sellers DO NOT leave me any choice, as they continue to sell hair that: smells badly, mixed with synthetic, and poorly constructed. I purchased this unit last week, and requested it be expedited, which meant I paid an additional $20.00 for it to arrive in 2 days, instead of 5 or 7.The item, did indeed, arrive as requested. However, that was all that it did. There were several short pieces in the top of the wig, it was thin, and looked, dry, and dull. You can imagine my disappointment, as I paid a whooping $217.00, and after coloring it, the wig is garbage. My HARD earned money, is gone. Again, buyer BEWARE!!

hair is nice and soft love the feel of the hair I gave it 4 stars NOT 5 because you cant bleach the hair baby hairs around the perimeter are not full which makes the lace show a bit more not a natural look but I fixed that with make up ... I was able to dye it with no problem I ordered 180% density some parts of the hair is not a full 180% the lace is cheap when you 1st open the hair it stinks need to wash a.s.a.p... I had lint in the hair which I thought was lice but I GAVE it 4 stars because I love the hair YES THE HAIR SHEDS not crazy but it shedsI would purchase from this seller again I LOVE THE HAIRwill upload photos

I bought this wig on 4/27/17, received it on 5/3, returned it on 5/15/17. The seller's customer service & quick response was a 5, but the "WIG" itself was a 1, therefore giving the rating of 3 stars for her customer service. Hair was absolutely soft and beautiful, but smelled like dead fish. I ordered the color #2, but received the wrong color(more like a strong color #4) and the cap was also too big, though I sent measurements. The hair band was hanging by a thread, it truly looked like a worn product. The hair was so pretty that I still wanted to keep it, so I sew the elastic band, and washed the wig 3 times and the smell was just unbearable, so I returned the product and received a refund. The seller apologized profusely and wanted to make things right. She says the lingering smell could have been from the dye after being in a sealed air tight shipping envelop for a long period of time. She says they will no longer dye the hair to avoid future stinks, so hopefully, when you buy this beautiful wig, it will not stink like mine.

Absolutely, horrible fit! There was hardly any baby hair and it was not pre plucked as described in the description. There were a few stray strands on the top. The cap is way too small. Per the description it was supposed to be a medium and it was clearly a small. I compared it to another medium cap wig (22.5") and it was smaller (21"). No matter how i tried to adjust the wig, it would not stay in place and could not be pinned down. The only good thing I can say about the product is that the hair was truly soft.I 'm so disappointed, I really wanted to like this product..

I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hair. It's silky, soft and beautiful. I've washed it several times and it is still amazingly silky. I curl it and straighten it- still silky! For a first timer with these types of products- I will definitely recommend and purchase from the seller again. She was very involved with shipping from start to finish. My product came just as I ordered it and the product was exactly as advertised. I couldn't be happier with the product- its quality and versatility as well as the customer service!Side note to seller: Thanks for caring about the quality of your products and service!!!

Hair is very nice when it comes in, however a couple of days later the hair tangles all the time. You can't even put the hair into a ponytail without it tangling. The hair texture changes horribly

The hair looks great but after a wash, it became so tangled and frizzy even though I conditioned well.. I ordered a 180 density but honestly ..the front only looked like 180 density and the back looked like a 120 density. There were so many short strands of her all mixed up especially at the front to make it look like it was full. I had to pull out a lot of these short strands. It's not my worst buy but certainly not my best either because it's always tangled up and doesn't feel as soft as some of my wigs which I had purchased with a lower price tag.
