I bought these on a whim as my Mayway order of these was lost by the delivery company. These arrived next day which was a surprise as the mayway ones took 3-4 days.Initial test of these before bed shows longer more restful sleep than the mayway ones by about an hour.

I was introduced to these pills from my acupuncturist. I have difficulty sleeping and these truly help. You have to take them multiple times a day but if that's not an issue for you then go ahead and enjoy the benefits of TCM!

Not what I was hoping for.
I have been taking the same product (at least in name) from Plum Flower and it sedates me mildly. This particular product stimulated me, also giving me a metallic taste in my mouth, and a headache. I only use 23 pills within a 24 hour period before I stopped and decided to return it. I was quite disappointed.
