The "p" version has numerous enhancements such as 1. ships in one box all put together for simpler installation. 2. easier water filter changes with automatic status light reset. 3. LED light over the bottle filler so that you can see the water filling on opaque water bottles. 4. programmable thermostat so that you can turn off the cooling system at times of day when nobody is there, this should save energy and protect against climate change. Healthier and better for the environment

Great product and excellent customer service. The filter that shipped with the unit was defective. The manufacturer replaced it for us quickly and it is working great. The water is cold and tastes great. The staff appreciates having it. We are using fewer plastic bottles and saving money. We will continue to specify this EWC for all our educational and commercial projects.

Nice fountain, might make you a little upset during installation.

The product is nice and functions well. Since I installed it, I have some gripes about some of the design features. 1. I'm a little surprised that I have to use 2 outlets for this. I would have thought the top unit could have plugged into the bottom unit 2. Screw choices are wacky. Allens, torx, slotts - they're all in there. Enough to drive a guy nuts. 3. The wire for the sensor was designed backwards - it's extremely difficult to feed the wire UP to the top unit - it should have gone down with the hose and electrical cord. 4. The "gasket" between the upper and lower units is questionable - like is it really working, and how long will it last. 5. Whoever wrote these instructions never installed one of these (and neither did the engineer that designed it) otherwise 1-4 might be better. 6. Make sure when you're plumbing you make sure to clear for the filter - it's huge and takes a lot of space in there!

Great product good seller

The price on this jumps around between 1,300 and 904. Obviously wait until it’s 904. Mine for 1,300 arrived then 8 days later it dropped to $904. I’d prefer to keep the 400 in my pocket. This happened February 2024. Trust me, wait for the right price. But great product and and quick shipper.
