Normally, if I use my silicone strips they tend to catch on anything I’m wearing and then I have to wash them. Wait for them to dry put them back on and have the same thing happen all over again but medical tape pieces that I can just cut my silicone strips do not move and they stay on me for a couple of days to help with all of the scars I have .
