Fufu machine for yam, cassava, plantain, cocoyam, etc.
It’s easy to assemble and use. I used it for cassava fufu, plantain fufu and a mixture of cassava and plantain. It worked! Using it for yam fufu and potatoes fufu will be no issue that’s why I tried the cassava and plantain and it worked. You’ll need to cut the cassava, yam, plantain, etc. into smaller pieces to get the best texture and results. I’ll recommend it 100%. The picture is a mixture of plantain and cassava fufu. I’ll try cocoyam and yam next.

stay away from this machine is not worth it!
this product is very bad I will not recommend it for anyone i only use it once and the second time the machine will not work again. There is no one to call and amazon is not doing a good job with customer service . I ended up junking it cause is not good when it turns on it makes a terrible uncomfortable sound. Do not buy it if you did not want to waste your money.

Leaks to pan
It's a good product. My problem with it is that it leaks to the pan underneath and that's annoying when cleaning. It should be addressed.

Poor quality product performance
The product performance does not meet up to expectations. It does not cook well. The cook and pound timer button does not move. The steaming bowl water dries up before yam or cassava is cooked. The pounding blade does not pound well, it is small and flimsy. The manufacturer need to improve on this product, for a better quality performance.

Need more power
The pounding power should be higher than the cooking power. It is not east to clean.

To pound yam
The product doesn’t work as advertised. It doesn’t cook and when I cook the yam in another pot and transferred it to the pounder the pounder blade just pushed the smashed yam onto the wall of the bowl. Generally speaking the product doesn’t work as advertised!! I used cassava instead of the cocoyam that I used before and it pounded. Still though, the product does not cook.

Good machine, does what it said
My machine just came today and I cooked yam, I was perfect 👌 I added 400 ml of water that made it cooked well.
