I don't generally write reviews for things, but I really love this backpack. I bought the 14-inch version back in October, and just ordered the 17-inch. I started a job with a general contractor, and I spend a lot of time working away from my desk/office. This has become my little traveling office, and I adore it. There are SO many pockets, which makes it really easy for me to organize all of my things efficiently. The built-in pocket and plug for the power bank is great. I travel for work regularly enough that this has saved me on several occasions. It makes it a really tidy affair to charge my laptop. I don't need to find an outlet to use, and there aren't a bunch of cords running all over the place. The plug that it comes with is a standard USB-2 port, so if you need a different kind, make sure to buy a converter. I use a USB-C, and the small adapter was maybe $8 through amazon. There's a little zippered security pocket on the back side of the backpack. I was hoping it would be bigger. As it stands, I can fit either my smartphone, or a small wallet/passport in this pocket. I really like how the top zippered opening is rigid. It makes it really easy to get in and out of my backpack without the opening flopping around. There's also a snap button on the two carrying handles on top, which I've found useful the couple of times where my backpack has been too full to close properly. I don't care for the pocket on the right-hand side (as you wear it). The pocket has a slit in the front of it, like it was meant to hold a baby wipes container. Aside from a water bottle, I can't really put anything else in it; I've had a few things just fall right out before I realized. Overall, I would highly recommend this backpack. This has been well worth the money. and I am very excited to receive the bigger 17-inch version.

It’s a little wider than I was expecting and the top opening is hard not flexible which I thought was strange but other than that it’s a good bag

Love it! This backpack has lots of pockets for storage. It has a sturdy exterior and a very polished look.

i got this for college, and it has exceeded my expectations! it’s super cute, it’s suprisingly really sturdy, and the amount of pockets is INSANE! i can comfortably fit a 14inch laptop, my ipad that has a keyboard case, a binder, notebook, headphones, and a portable charger in the main pocket! i highly recommend it! side note: even when it’s full, it doesn’t even feel heavy! it’s nice and easy on your back!
